Hiring a Sales Development Rep to kickstart client growth at Monellyn.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing fintech team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the business development team. You’ll play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline and helping us expand globally.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to identify and qualify prospects
Understand client needs and articulate the value of our payment solutions
Schedule meetings and demos for Business Developers and Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM and support reporting efforts
Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach and messaging
Requirements:
1+ year of sales or lead generation experience, ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS (Juniors are also considered)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Hunger to learn and grow within a sales-driven environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
