3. Eligibility

5. Payment Facilitation & PSP Engagement
All financial transactions, onboarding processes, and commercial terms are governed by separate agreements between the merchant and the selected PSP(s). i Monellyn does not:
- Guarantee successful account opening or transaction approval.
- Act as a contracting party between the merchant and PSP.
- Intervene in disputes related to processing volume, settlement, chargebacks, or fraud monitoring.
6. Compliance, KYC & Due Diligence
All users must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. We may request:
- Company registration documents
- UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) verification
- Financial statements and business model description
- Proof of licenses (if applicable)
Failure to pass compliance checks may result in termination of access to our platform.

7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Monellyn in connection with:
- Fraud, scams, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Sale of illegal goods or services
- Transactions involving FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for any prohibited activity.
