Hiring a Business Developer to lead our market expansion
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Business Developer who can drive partnerships and grow our merchant portfolio. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding our reach across key verticals, such as e-commerce, gaming, or crypto.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify high-potential partners and clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants and aggregators
Drive the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding
Collaborate with compliance and product teams to meet client requirements
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally within PSPs, fintech, or payments (Juniors are also considered)
Proven track record of closing deals and growing portfolios
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
